Hi Peet,

I am trying to add a few board members to the groups in Outlook, but I have been unable to add them. When I add them in outlook it tells me that they have been added successfully, but when I check the list of members they have not been added. Is there a setting that is blocking them? Or something else I need to do?

Sorry for the slow response here. I'd love to get this worked out for you. So we're we talking about MEP-Board In Microsoft Outlook, [email protected]? Could you describe how you're trying to add users to the group? In Groups on Oultook Online? https://outlook.office365.com/groups/home

What steps are you taking to add the member to the group? Are getting any sort of feedback that would sugest the new member was or wasn't invited to the group?

If you'd like to test [email protected], we can see if an external user is getting any sort of ping about the addition.
