This computer does not have the Xcreds login window, so setting up a new user is proving to be difficult. Please let me know if this is something we need to fix or if I can just go into users and add her there. I think I have done this in the past, but wanted to check in. Susan, For now just create a local user with her same password on the computer. I'm kind of at a loss, but I will find the answer and when i do the local user will just be picked up by the login screen ... suuuuuuuper odd. Peet
