I just want to make sure it makes sense from a technical perspective and see what you may see for any flags or questions I should probe on.

The direction I've been given is that we are going in this direction, but I am leading up the contracting with them and looking for potential cost savings. I know is a bit late for me to get involved (despite my encouragement for me to be involved earlier), but this is where we are at and ill do what I can in this context, and would love to tap your tech experience for a brief minute for insight.

Ok, so, this is really a lot, lot quicker of a list than I would want you to have this discussion around. It doesn't capture everything. I thought perhaps I would be asked to have a meeting with you/Walker to discuss this in detail since I've been told I'll be driving this work with Walker. But, since you asked, here it is:

Quick fixes that need done ASAP:

All:
Hide X/Twitter icon for all pages, not just homepage
Add land acknowledgement on all pages, not just homepage

Home:
Nav bar: News needs to go to the "fvlt.org/news" page. Right now "News" on the nav bar doesn't go anywhere, only the drop down options
Pop up newsletter sign up (bottom right of page) - I hid this, but can't make it go away
Update year at very bottom of page

Team:
Bios are not popping up when you click on a profile

Overhaul:

Incorporate new brand colors, fonts, logos, videos

Update copy on all pages to reflect new branding/updates to projects

Streamline pages to be more active, fresh, interactive

Consider items like a social media ticker, stats ticker, etc.

Update of pages for Public Projects/FVLT-owned lands/featured CE projects

New page needs:

FVLT Preserves/Planning Your Visit
On our [Projects](https://www.fvlt.org/projects) page, under the Public Lands section, there are 3 properties that Five Valleys currently owns. We would like to break those out into a new section called Five Valleys Preserves, and add a button that leads to a new Planning Your Visit to a Preserve page.

The Planning Your Visit page would have information about these Five Valleys' properties and have downloadable maps and other resources that visitors could access.

Events/volunteering calendar
We would love to have an events calendar on our website. I'm picturing something like what our blog posts are now, but separate and with a slightly different look, housed away from the homepage. Perhaps [something like this](https://greenbeltlandtrust.org/events/) land trust has?

Landowner Resources Page
We would like a new page where we could list and link to resources that our landowners frequently ask for, i.e., contact info for land management contractors (Foresters, weed spraying, etc.), links to county conservation/weed districts, info about forestry, grazing, and weed management plans that may be required by some of our conservation easements, etc.

Easement FAQ
I'm picturing a reworking of the existing [Easements](https://www.fvlt.org/land-easements) page to add more concrete information for folks who are interested in conservation easements. The format of this page is probably fine as-is. We just want to change some of the content and add a section or two.

There's a lot more I've had in my head for literally years, so let's chat -
