Can you help me fix the scale/resolution of her extra monitors?

I would definitely start with a restart and then let me know from there. It looks like it’s only been up for a couple days, but definitely a restart is the first step on this sort of issue. Cheers.Peet

Sorry about asking you to do something yo already had. One of my tools had cached data that hadn't updated. Please unplug the poower from the dock or simply turn off the entire surge protector to disconnect power from the dock and displays for 5-10 seconds and turn back on. Let me know. Cheers.Peet

To be clear, you removed the power from both displays and the dock? Cheers.Peet

Please don't think I'm doubting you here I just need to make sure that both the dock and both displays were powered by the surge protectory and were not plugged into power directly or into another power outlet. Cheers.Peet

Is there anything else we could try? Her two monitors aren’t usable like this and working off her laptop screen isn’t sustainable. Thanks Peet! Just noting that I replaced the older WD-15 dock witha modern USB4/Thunderbolt4 version and reconnected the displays. All is set now. Cheers.Peet
