She is having this popup consistently come up for her. I have searched for updates and restarted the computer. She has been getting frequent popups lately.

Boston, I left a VM on this, but I'm just making sure this is isolated to Whitney's computer and to see when her computer might be online again to toubleshoot. I should be able to do it all in the background but it ofcourse needs to be awake and online. Cheers.Peet
