Hi Peet,

When I woke up my computer today (Wednesday I hit "ctrl +L" to log off, no other action since then), I got a lit up black screen with only a cursor, (I could move the cursor) and the computer did not wake up completely but stayed on that black screen. I tried "ctrl+alt+delete" and nothing happened, then tried "windows+ctrl+shift+B" to restart graphics driver but no luck there either. Then I hard restarted, unplugged the power cord, and waited several minutes before trying to boot again, nothing happened. Tried three more times, nothing happened.

Any advise on what I should do from here? I'm borrowing a workstation today and the office is closing at three so don't worry about resolving this today, but maybe we could work on this Monday?

Best,
Taylor

Hi Peet this is Taylor at Williams law, I submitted a ticket Friday. Im on someone elses workstation right now, id appreciate it if you popped in to try to get my computer to boot up

I just want to make sure that you're talking about WLF-GRWQY23 (you can see the ST: GRWQY23 on the side of the computer) because from my side it looks booted and displaying output on both displays.

Thanks.Peet
