It keeps giving me a message to contact the administrator because I don't have authorization to do an update. I wasn't able to get in a t all but called Hilde and she has full access. She said that she did an update yesterday which may be the cause of this.

When there's an update for quickbooks, please right-click on the Quickbooks 24 icon on the desktop and choose "Run as administrator". It should automagically elevate your permismissions for the request and run the program as admin for that session. This allows any updates to be installed.

It *should* be automagic, but sometimes you may have to re-request the right to run it as admin if you do get a pop up assking if you'd like to request Administrator permissions, say yes. I'll update the request as soon as I can!

All that said, I ran the update for you this AM and you should be good for now.
