I believe Emily should have checked in on this question but I wanted to get an update. I still have not been able to use our printer in the office from my new computer. When I try to use Privileges App to get admin access to use the printer I get a notice that I don’t have permission to use Privileges App. I’m now trying to work remotely and can’t access the MEP budget on the network as I go into a meeting with our accountants. Can you please take a look at what’s going on with my account permissions asap? Thank you.

I'll look into this right after my kiddo's "Battle of the Books". I'm not sure what's happening with your access to the sharepoint document, but it's seperate from the Privileges issue. There is a ticket about your printer/ Privileges.app, but it looks like that was left with a request to let me know when your computer would be online. I appologize, I should have followed up after not hearing back.

Thank Peet. Quick update:

Printer is now working at office. Yay!

With Priveleges working I’ll try to add home printer this weekend.

I was working in a coffee shop this morning when access was denied. Maybe a security thing? Once I got to JCCS WiFi I was able to access the file.

Privileges.app should work for you now. Glad to hear that the file access issue was transitory. Do test Privileges.app at your earliest convience. I'm happy to hop on ... you just texted that it works so Yay!
