Hey Peet,

I am reaching out today because Christine is unable to turn on her monitor. It will not turn on but her other monitor is still on and connected. Is it possible that it is dead? What can we do to turn the monitor back on?

Thank you,
Emily

Hi Emily,

Quick question so I know what we are dealing with, when you say the monitor will not turn on, does that mean there are no lights at all no matter what buttons are pressed, or does the screen power on but never receives a signal?

For troubleshooting, please have Christine do the following when she has a moment:

-
Unplug the monitor from power, count to five, then plug it back in.

-
Do the same with the dock, pull its power, count to five, then reconnect it.

Let me know what happens after that and we can take the next step.

Cheers.Peet

Thanks for that info.
For troubleshooting, please have Christine do the following when she has a moment:

- Unplug the monitor from power, count to five, then plug it back in.

- If no change, try a known working power cable. Like the one from the other monitor.

- Still do the same with the dock, pull its power, count to five, then reconnect it.

Let me know what happens after that and we can take the next step.

Cheers.Peet
