Hi Peet, I'm trying to finish installing an overdue update but I can't seem to finish it. When I try to update and restart I get a prompt asking for my password. I enter the password and get an error message. Nicole, That's an odd one. It looks like your computer's been up for a couple weeks. Could you restart, then try the update again? Thanks.Peet
