Hey Peet,

Grant is unable to add the printer and when he went to use the privileges app to get access to add it back, it said that he was restricted from using it. What is the best way for him to add the printer back onto his computer?

Can Grant's computer turned on? It would make it possible to troubleshoot the Priviliges.app issue and ensure his user is authorized to use it.
