Hey Peet, Grant’s phone calendar and his Mac are not syncing together properly. His phone calendar is not updating when changes are made to his calendar on the computer. Hi Emily, Thanks for the details, this helps. Before I can pin down what is going on, I need to know exactly how Grant is creating and viewing his calendar events on each device. I need to know which app and which account he is using on the Mac, and which app and which account he is using on the iPhone. The reason this matters is that there are a few different ways calendars can sync, and the direction of the sync issue tells us where things are breaking. A couple quick examples: - If he creates an event in Outlook on the Mac and it never appears on the phone, the phone is probably not signed into the same account Outlook is using on the computer. - If he creates an event in Outlook on the phone and it never shows up in Outlook on the Mac, the phone may just need to be reauthenticated to the correct account. - If he is using Apple’s Calendar app on the phone, it is pretty common for the default calendar to be set to the wrong account. The event saves just fine, it just ends up living in a completely different calendar than expected. Once I know the apps and accounts on both devices, I can point us in the right direction and get everything syncing cleanly. Thanks.Peet

Hey Peet, Grant is using the outlook app on his Mac and the gkier email, and he is using the calendar app on his phone and using the exchange email. He said he deleted that email on his phone and then logged back in and it synced up to the current calendar. However, he is concerned that it will go back to not syncing. Thank you! Hi Emily Great to hear Grant was able to get things sorted with a remove and readd. Apple’s support for Exchange and M365 is usually solid, although it can hiccup once in a while especially with authentication. Removing and readding the account is the standard fix, even if it feels a little like a sledgehammer. It should not be happening regularly. If it does pop up again, please let me know and I will dig in a bit deeper to make sure everything stays stable. Cheers.Peet
