Hey Sean, Appreciate the follow-up. The access restriction was accidentally configured to only allow logins from Canada, which is why Bekah got blocked while in Mexico. I’ve corrected it, and she’s already confirmed she’s back online. She can officially work from the beach in Cabo. Cheers.Peet
