Hi Peet! We are having some issues with Grace’s computer. Her USB-C cable isn’t working to her monitors or charging her computer. We tried using a different cable, but that didn’t work either. Her charger is working. Can you please help us troubleshoot the display problem? Thank you!

I would like to add that my laptop’s camera function is not working – in zoom or the camera app.

Just closing this ticket and noting that the ghosts in the machine were exorcised before I remoted in. Both cameras and all displays were functional.
