Liz, I missed this video, but looking at it, you never follow through with the authentication so it's hard to know exactly what process is calling for authentication . I can tell you that Microsoft Outlook for windows does not typically open a browser window for authentication. If the Outlook.exe needs to auth, it creates it's own self-contained M365 auth window. Is this still occurring? If it is, and assuming the url in the authentication window is https://login.microsoftonline.com/.../.../ what happens when you authenticate through as [email protected]? If it says the resources is unavailable, what happens when you auth as [email protected]? Thanks.Peet

When I authenticated it would just keep asking me to authenticate over and over again. However, I have not had this issue in 2 days now so also not sure what is happening. When a web authentication window like those pops in a browser, it usually means something is trying to attempt a single-sign on authentication. After authenticating the window *should* redirect you to a descriptive URL, though it may only be visible for a moment. If it's asking you auth repeatedly, it's possible you're authenticating correctly, but with an account that does not have access to the resource that you're authenticating to. Fingers crossed it done for good. If it does come back, please make sure the base url is https://login.microsoftonline.com. I'm sure it is, but that's your #1 item to keep an eye on for authentication. Cheers.Peet
