Peet,

Not sure what is going on but my email keeps kicking me out and asking me to sign back into Microsoft over and over again. I have done a restart did not fix the issue. This started on my desktop yesterday.

Started on your desktop and is confined to your desktop, or started on your desktop and happens on your phone, laptop and desktop?

And only your "[email protected]"?

Haven't checked my laptop. Does not seem to be happening on my phone but have not really been using it for emails while im at my desk. This is from my phone. I think it may be getting confused on what email I want to look at and then wants to open a new email session. Clear as mud?

Cant find anything in the Outlook log and am not seeing any issues with the Outlook currently or receiving any prompts for a logins.

I think I need a more detailed explanation of "keeps kicking me out". I think this might have something to do with your SpaceX IP addresses changing your location and Microsoft seeing that as impossible movement and requiring an MFA.

When you say sign back in over and over, was it dozens of times? more than a few?

Attached is a csv of your logins for the last 2 days. This may not be what you've experienced, but it's what's logged from M365.

I noticed you saw those unfinished or blank emails to your support, I was trying to compose an email to you and every time it closed it down and went to my “login as Microsoft” account where it wanted me to [email protected] or [email protected] and then opens up another email window if I continue. It has happened about 20 times to me. Seems to possibly be happening when I am looking at an email from lscaggs and then move to an email in liz.scaggs but not completely sure. It would also pop up when I simply had the camera’s up and I just kept closing it out. Really strange..
