Nevermind! I was locked out of stuff. I have changed my password. Can you try to see what the heck happened here? I am so careful, it is confusing to me.

This one was an interesting exercise. It's a non-issue and everything worked as expected. Your charter went down last night around 3:17. The WAN failed over to your CenturyLink (65.102.121.217) and since your computer was logged in and checking email (or any of the other bits it authenticates with 365) it saw the change as something that needed to be MFA'd, and you got a push notification for MFA in the middle of the night.
