#36132 Sharp scanner not sending my files to my scan folder

I can print to the printer but anything I scan just disappears. I do have 2 one drive clouds on my task bar, one says up to date and the other says it is moving shared items? It sound like this is your OneDirve app not syncing. You can always navigate to the Sharepoint location to check if scans are uploading correctly .... https://farrangroup.sharepoint.com/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2FShared%20Documents%2FScans%2FLiz Which computer is not syncing the desktop, the laptop or both? Looking at the desktop, you were correct that your Farran Onedrive was stuck [embedded image] Quiting and starting OneDrive, or restarting the computer causes it to show a connection error [embedded image] Re-signing in appeared to correct the issue, but the OneDrive client seemed stall on "preparing to upload" ... I was likely just impatient. I signed you out of and back into your onedrive client and after running through the files your onedrive says it's up to date. Definately keep an ey on your OneDrive status in the taskbar. It looks like you'd been stalled since before 09/14. Thanks.Peet
