The customer service was incredible! We put in a ticket for support in the middle of our mail migration from Microsoft to Google, and realized we needed to take Mimecast out of the equation. In the middle of the night, well after hours, our account manager was able to intercept the ticket and jump in and help us migrate our DMARC records immediately. I have never seen service like that before from a "Tech" company. The implementation of Valimail was incredibly simple and easy. We were able to quickly integrate the system into our DNS records, and everything just worked like it needed to.
