| Ticket Work: Artichoke Support - Peet Tue 04-18-23 08:49 AM - Tue 04-18-23 09:19 AM Mark, In the discussions (ticket) about migration, this folder was expressly described as needing to be private, which it has never been. Like everything else in the F:\ drive the data in F:\USERS was fully read/write for all WLF users since before it was migrated to the current server. The data in F:\USERS is now in each individual's personal user share mounted at U:\ on your computers. I've verified that U:\ is correctly mounted on your desktop.Unfortunately, because the folder existed with all user access, any WLF user can still recover the entire contents from previous ShadowCopy snapshot. Any new or changed data will of course not be visible to all users and the process of restoring snapshot data does, at least, obfuscate your folder's data.Let me know if you have any issues with the data in your U:\ driveCheers.Peet from Ticket # 23143, Subject FW: In Search of the MARK file from USERS | 0.5 | $100.00 | — |

| Ticket Work: Artichoke Support - Peet Tue 03-07-23 01:25 PM - Tue 03-07-23 02:25 PM It sounds like there's a backlog for the file sync. I've started a Diagnostic Report for the replication pair. In order to migrate to Microsoft Sharepoint, tens of thousands of files had to be renamed. The two servers are actively exchanging information, so the only answer for the sync will likely be to wait for the the changes to fully propagate. If an item only exists in BZN, you can reach that file by directly connecting to "\\WLF-BZN\Data\" However since there is no folder in DOCS called "Law", I'm unable to provide the full path to the document in question. Pulling a report for Jesse, I can see he is actively looking at files in Kolt, Meye, and Yell. Is the file in question in one of these folders? from Ticket # 22909, Subject bozman/missoula | 1 | $100.00 | — |

| Ticket Work: Artichoke Support - Peet Mon 03-13-23 12:11 PM - Mon 03-13-23 03:11 PM All, I'm going to need more information to find the correct direction for deploying non-DOCs data to the cloud. We need to start with a meta data structure and move forward from there. Please reference attached "WLF-DataMigration.docx" to provide feedback on your data structure.Once the data structure is finalized (don’t worry we can change it if needed), I’ll also need to understand how the existing non-DOCS data will live in the final structure (as well as what still needs to be archived and what should be deleted outright). Please reference attached "WLF-DataMigration.docx" to provide feedback on existing non-DOCS data.I've been able to upload your existing DOCS Data to SharePoint, but will now need a data structure that places all necessary WLF data within a logical structure.Thanks.Peet from Ticket # 22063, Subject Meeting RE Cloud options, and anti-virus options | 3 | $100.00 | — |
